“All American” Brian Stann will put his undefeated professional record on the line against his toughest opponent yet, WEC veteran Craig "Big Z" Zellner at World Extreme Cagefighting 28 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Sunday, June 3. Zellner is a former heavyweight looking to move down to make his run at the light heavyweight championship. Expect this fight to put one of these caged combatants in line for a title shot, one that Stann, who grew up in Scranton, plans to be holding very soon. Stann will be dedicating this fight to United States Marine Corps First Lieutenant Travis Manion. Manion was leading and training an Iraqi Army unit during his second tour of Iraq, when he was shot in the chest in the Al Anbar Province on April 29. Manion was a hero in every sense of the word and comes from a family of USMC officers from Doylestown. Manion was a Division 1 wrestler at the United States Naval Academy and Stann's first training partner and dear friend. Watch WEC on Versus TV.
